We apply a partnership delivery model to join forces to achieve shared goals around capacity building and community improvement. We are considering the following types of partnerships as described below:
- Partnerships among community-based nonprofit service organisations
- Cross-sector partnerships with consulting and engineering companies
- Partnerships with Government, and/or academic sectors
When we partner with an organisation and to join forces, we bring the organisational capacity necessary to manage and deliver the projects, budgets, and staff involvement. In community-based partnerships, the decision-making model will be inclusive and deeply engage the community itself.
Cross-sector partnerships are fairly simple to initiate but challenging to maintain. Regardless of the goodwill of the participants, two very different organisational cultures must come together to produce results. One key is to find common ground and use shared language that underscores the vision of the partners.
Partnerships with Government and Academia can create a connectivity of pure science or high level theories with practical research and market needs.
Our Founder
Dr Abe Nezamian is a strategic, operational and asset integrity management improvement leader with many years of engineering, operational and consulting experience. Abe is an industry expert in the field of asset management and has published over fifty conference, journal and white papers on asset asset economics integrity management, decision support tools, Opex/Capex optimisation and the best Asset Management practice. Additionally, Abe has been advising clients on AIM/AM matters for well over a decade and has experience working across a range of industries including oil and gas, mining, transport, government and infrastructure. Abe is experienced in design, integrity assessment /management and life extension of many projects including pipeline systems, utility facilities, production and processing facilities, refineries and industrial plants. Abe is also a task group (Strategy) co-chair for development of OGP, SIM Global Standard, a member of ISOPE scientific committee . In his career to date Abe has delivered in excess of $5 bn worth of benefits to clients in Capex and Opex optimisation, life extension/preservation and re-qualification of assets worldwide.
